It's been 59 years since this cute couple tied the knot. You are loved and admired by so many. Thanks for your love and guidance to all of the extended John and Norda Emmett family. We all love you a ton. The count down can now begin for next summer's celebration of the 60th Wedding Anniversary.

Thank you! If we have done anything positive it was to be blessed with such good children, their mates, and their descendents. Norda picked a bushel of tomatoes this morning as part of our celebration. We are sorry for the comments we may have made about the amount of fertilizer you applied - it "all came out in the wash."

That's the song I was thinking of! Sorry, I got it all wrong. I hope you had a great anniversary & I'm glad we were able to stop by & claim some tomatoes & beans for ourselves. Just so you know, Lorin made a tomato sandwich when we got home, asked me to just "try" a bite...so I did & turned out they aren't so bad! So I made one for myself. It was a great midnight snack! Now I will have to work on liking bacon, but when Lorin has a BLT, atleast I can have an "LT." :)
