Saturday at Beaver

Since I might have a lot of pictures in Logan this week, I will keep it short - for once. Lorin, my Dad & Bill went up to Beaver on Saturday. It was a good day for Lorin, he got to hike out of bounds & sent me these pictures from his camera phone. We are hoping for Grandpa to take his camera up one day this week to get some action shots of the skiiers & boarder.

  1. YPR hiking I believe. YPR with a helmet? Trust Lorin to have a camera phone with better quality than anyone else's phone. He must have an in. I hope Dudley the younger was able to keep up. Hopefully the storm heading that way midweek will bring more spring powder.

  4. Truth be told, I'm wearing the helmet because my hat has a huge gap in it. Gets breezy

John, the backside is very crusty, except for the trees off peak one, which is where we skied. More snow coming end of week could help. Everyone said the groomers today were fast and fun.

    Mel, I'm bringing Katie Saturday.

  6. Jake and Lorin haven't taken me hiking this week, maybe tomorrow... However Alex took Jake, Lorin and uncle Steve Mathews to the park today. Needless to say nobody could keep up with Alex.

  7. Alex,

Thanks for accepting me as a lone boarder who has joined the "Emmett Ski Force" as an outsider. I promise to consult the park master (Alex) first, next time I think I can hit a box in the park.

    Your pal Lorin (YPL)

PS. Also a special thanks to Jake Tom and Bill for good times.
