Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day was a great long weekend. We made the trip up to Logan, spent time in Hyde Park, went boating, (cold!) hung out at the Twin Pine Ranch & made the trip to Brigham Cemetary. Thanks to everyone for great meals on Sunday & Monday...great root beer floats & playing in the back yard.

  1. Thanks to Paige and Lorin for the memories of Memorial Day '07. It was really a great get-together.

  2. Maybe we should offer an incentive to anyone that can beat Grandpa Emmett with a comment. I still have one Anaheim Ducks Stanly Cup orange towel in my possession. Is that motivation enough? While we Californian's missed the activities, Annie did fix root beer floats for us, including Amanda and her friends. One of these days, I'm going to try to get in and water ski again.....

  4. I posted before Grandpa on the Wiffle Ball post...I suppose that one dosen't count.

John - We went to Newton...one of the many small, stinky lakes up in Cache Valley. I would have loved to go to Glendale (where we went last year before Targhee) because it is cleaner & has a little "beach" for the people that won't fit in the boat. We had 15 people & 9 seats...plus it was cold. If we ever get the boat to Salt Lake, we will call you guys & take it somewhere around here.

  5. Are there going to be any skiing trips around the time of Clark and Lauras wedding?
