happy birthday and speedy recovery

    that she would NOT appreciate, enjoy, delight in, or smile about ANY, I
    repeat, ANY newspaper announcements regarding her 80th birthday and has
    requested that her wishes be followed. Her eldest son, W. Roland
    Emmett, has graciously adhered to said request.

    Thanks for all of the pictures and postings. I am doing well on Tuesday thankis to the excelllent nursing and custodual care I am receiving. Nothing takes the place of a strong family unit in time of stress.
