It was quite an honor this evening to have the Logan City Council honor Dad/Grandpa as one of two persons of the year, the other being Jennie Christensen.

It was so nice to hear more wonderful things said about Grandpa last night and to see what an affect he has had on Logan City.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the post and photos. Wish I could have been there. I've been wondering the past few days how I can be a better citizen like dad. Maybe I'll encourage Marie to run for the School Board (since she has an MA from Harvard in Education!). The other option is to make sure I always vote, but that is discouraging since no one I voted for yesterday won--perhaps I need to move from Utah county.
